What we collect
When you register for the game we collect your nickname, email address and phone number, the time you accepted the game terms, and whether you agreed to receive marketing. While you play we store your scores and the number of games played.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Running the game and the leaderboard, including identifying and contacting winners: necessary to provide the game you signed up for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- News and offers by email and SMS, only if you ticked the optional box: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Preventing cheating and abuse: our legitimate interest in a fair game (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
What is public
Only your nickname and best score are shown on the leaderboard. Your email and phone number are never shown publicly.
Who else sees your data
Your data is stored on servers provided by Zone Media OÜ (Estonia, EU). [List any other processors, e.g. email or SMS service.] We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Game registrations and scores are deleted [e.g. 3 months after the campaign ends on DATE]. If you agreed to marketing, we keep your contact details for that purpose until you withdraw consent.

Cookies and storage
The game saves a random player code in your browser's local storage so you don't have to register again on the same device. We use no tracking cookies and load no third-party fonts or scripts.
